At VMG, we’re committed to making every step of your borrowing journey clear and simple. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions from our borrowers — from managing repayments and redraw facilities to updating your account details. These insights are designed to help you stay informed and confident throughout your experience.

How often will I receive my account statements?

Account statements are emailed twice a year – in July and January. However, you can request a copy at any time by contacting our office.
Payment changes can be requested by phone or email, but only by the authorised account holder. Please contact us before 10:00 a.m. on the day your direct debit is scheduled.
Yes, your account includes a redraw facility. To access any extra funds you’ve paid in advance, please get in touch and we’ll confirm the available amount and guide you through the process.
Absolutely. If you’d like to make additional repayments, just contact our office and we’ll provide you with the relevant details.
No, unless there is a valid Power of Attorney. We can offer a Third Party Authorisation form allowing a nominated person to access information only. Any changes to accounts will need to be authorized by the account holder/s.
Currently, VMG does not have online account access. For any changes, updates, or queries, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Yes, to change your payment arrangement, simply give our office a call on (03) 8600 7900 or email us at info@vicgroup.com.au, our team will be happy to assist based on your account type. As an example:  

Principal & Interest (P&I) Accounts: You may choose from the following payment frequencies:

  • Weekly – every Friday
  • Fortnightly – every second Friday
  • Monthly – on the 25th of each month

Interest Only Accounts:

  • Limited to monthly payments only
  • However, payment dates are flexible and can be scheduled on any day between the 1st and 25th of each month
No, All VMG loans need to have a direct debit set up with a nominated direct debit account

We can look at reviewing your interest rate 12 months after your loan has commenced.  Please email info@vicgroup.com.au (Response time 7 to 10 business days)

Your repayment will be processed on the next business day.
